At Ember Studio, we offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Every piece is carefully inspected and packed with love before it leaves our studio. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

We ship through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) along with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, courier network disruptions, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
